I would like to request your approval to attend the JCON EUROPE 2025 - jcon.koeln -  which will take place in Cologne on May 12^th – 15^th. JCON EUROPE offers the chance to not only connect with other attendees throughout many events, but also with its unique and talented speakers in one-to-one meetings.

Other conferences might be larger in scale but will not have such a great connection within the community and between the attendees. Combined with workshops and more than 80 sessions held by both large companies and emerging players, this offers a great opportunity to not only expand our knowledge of certain technologies and processes but also discover and utilize new ideas and developments related to Java.

If given the chance to attend the conference, it will help our company to:

• Learn from industry leaders and OEM core teams
• Design better processes to design, build, debug, and deploy faster
• Inspire new ideas to use on projects within our company

My personal advantages
As far as why I’m excited at the prospect of attending this conference:

• There’s an impressive line-up of experts who are working with technologies, tools, and methodologies we use daily.
• The conference offers workshops on the day before the main event. This allows you to participate in learning about specific topics without missing a single session.
• Over 80 sessions will be presented on four tracks over 3 days. This schedule allows us to experience as many presentations as possible and have enough time to interact with the speakers or the community in between and afterward!
• This conference focuses on the community and interaction between participants and speakers. There is the opportunity to hold one-to-one meetings with speakers and to get to know other participants and exhibitors better during the happy hours. This is not only to create a unique atmosphere but also to share experiences and learn from each other.
• Because software development is evolving very rapidly, it is important not only to keep up, but also to get to know new and upcoming technologies.
